Coaching the dealer on the presentation is the next step of the WINGMAN process. The most important thing to remember here is that the dealer is telling their own story now. Every dealer should have a different presentation book and cover different things with the homeowner. The key here is to tie what the homeowner has said to the solution the dealer is proposing. Four key areas will be covered:
